Tamerlane Labradors

Limited Health Guarantee

Tamerlane expects you to take your new puppy to a veterinarian within seven (7) days.  If your puppy develops any serious physical problem, that is determined by a veterinarian as a poor health risk, we will be responsible for the veterinarian costs up to the price of the puppy.  Minor, usual and customary issues, such as coccidia, worms, etc. will not be covered.  This is based upon the condition that you have followed the “puppy care” guidelines.

The introduction of a new puppy into the home is a big step. Tamerlane understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise and compromise your ability to fulfill this obligation.  If at any time within the first fourteen (14) days you find that your new puppy is unsuitable for your situation, you may return the puppy for a full refund with no questions asked.

If within the first thirty (30) months your puppy is diagnosed by a veterinarian as having Retinal Dysplasia, *Hip Dysplasia, *Elbow Dysplasia, or *Hereditary Epilepsy Syndrome and in a veterinarian opinion prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, Tamerlane will refund your complete purchase price upon confirmation from a veterinary specialist.
